[x] add submitting form to homepage to be next to seeing random playlist card
[x] Get floating placeholder to work for submit form using javascript on homepage
[x] use JS to open links to new tab rather than current tab

Chris worked hard on the Javascript to make sure certain animations worked just as intended for the site. The floating placeholder visual bug was an especially nice addition that Chris added to the site. Overall, nice work!
