1/1 for Scrum Leader (Allen) since there is a well organized backlog and assignments for each of the members. All required materials are present.

1/1 for GitHub Admin (Tanmay). The policy document clearly established the rules and separated the topic discussions for good organization. Forking isn't going to be used in the project, so it wasn't mentioned, but branching and pull requests were clarified.
