only activate on "text based" subtitles #52

when you are cycling through subtitle tracks it would activate when it shouldn't on "image based" subs

Hi, i'm working on an update for the script right now which would sadly make your changes obsolete, as it then would also work on image based subtitles. I'm still experiencing some issues in skip mode I need to resolve.

I'll merge this still, till it's ready. Thanks

oh really? how are you doing that? some vfilter scanning or something?

Same principle as in the script referenced in issue #28, using the sub-end property (sub-start would also be possible). I ported most of the features but the ignore subtitle feature, doesn't want to work. It doesn't output the correct subtitle after sub-skip 1.
