Add scripts to create DB for examples #81

Main things are

Restructing python files
Add example DB in Cambridge_Intersection folder
Adding things to .gitignore (so we don't commit cache folders accidentally)

@ssmith55 I disabled the action on my forked repo (because merging the pull request on my end would cause issues when I tried to merge it to the main repo), but it should run whenever the develop or main branch is modified on this repo.

I accepted the pull request. The actions are running on zephyr-data-specs:develop, but do not seem to be doing anything.
