zwrite should take a -S switch to set the sender #111

Services often wish to send unauthentic fire-and-mostly-forget notices with a particular sender. Currently, this is difficult and requires using the library or an external tool such as zsend. We should add zsend's -S option to zwrite, allowing the sender to be overridden.
