zwrite should take a switch to send UNACKED notices #112

Sometimes services wish to send fire-and-mostly-forget notices and not sit around waiting for an ACK (which, if the zephyr service or the network is malfunctioning, may never come). To permit this, zwrite should accept a switch to allow the sending of notices of kind UNACKED instead of ACKED.
