server fails to ack GIMMESUBS #91

Due to commit 9b70985 deleting slightly too many lines, the server no longer sends a SERVACK in response to a request to retrieve subscriptions. The actual subscription response is sent directly to the client, but since no SERVACK is sent, the hostmanager keeps retransmitting the request.

A patch is forthcoming.
