Open in window and in new tab not working

I'm running FF 3.0.7 on Mac OS 10.5.4, and recently the open in current
window and open in new tab don't work for me. I do not use the number pad
to enter numbers. If i type a number and press shift i can select the link.
I have double checked the keyboard shortcuts and they seem right.

I have recently updated a few add-ons, so that might be the problem, but I
don't know which ones.

Thanks for your feedback!
How do try to open links in new tab/window. Via pressing a modifier or via a 
postfix key?
Please notice http://www.mouseless.de/index.php?/content/view/37/57/
Unfortunately I haven't got a Mac OS so debugging the problem is quite hard.

I would open links via a postfix key. This now seems to be fixed as of a few 
days
ago. Some other add-on updated and it works now.

I was able to develop a work-around where I could select the link with 
ID+shift, then
open in the current window with return, or a new tab with command+return.

It's not a problem now, but it could happen again because I don't know what 
broke the
feature.
