Ids for visible links only [Enhancement req]

It would be nice if MLB would only place Ids on visible links - that would
save some time when activating ids on large pages full of links.

Thanks for MLB, it is really great!

This is implemented in Conkeror and is *much* faster on pages with a lot of 
links. Conkerer is built on XULRunner, so it might be possible to reuse their 
implementation.
