What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening a page containing many links pointing to a same url 

What is the expected output?
links pointing to same url should have same ids,so that less number of ids
can be used in a page and the page can be made to load faster

What do you see instead?
links pointing to same url have different ids,so number of ids ised in a
page is higher and it takes longer to load

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.2.1Build20090311
OS-ubuntu-8.04, Firefox 3.0.7
