Lost bookmarks, bookmark drop down menu, and recently surfed sites drop down menu after installing add-on

What steps will reproduce the problem?
After installing the add-on today I've lost the drop down menu for my
bookmarks, lost all my bookmark links, and url window won't drop down to
reveal recently surfed sites. I've disabled the add-on, and uninstalled it,
but the problem persists.

What is the expected output?
See attached screenshot

What do you see instead?
as above

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 0.5.2. Windows XP SP2.Concurrently running Mozilla Thunderbird 2.0.0.2.1
and playing iTunes 8.0.2.2.0.

Please provide any additional information below.

MLB couldn't be the reason for that as it has no single line of code regarding 
bookmarks.
Please deaktivate or uninstall MLB and I am pretty sure the error will remain.
Have you installed other Addons?
