Unable to switch to [010] tab using numeric keypad

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try switching to tab [010] using num keyboard

What is the expected output?

Tab selected.

What do you see instead?

Nothing happens.
Works fine with any other tab number.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
