[Improvement] Show ids as overlays and hide them when a jump is complete or canceled. #171

The things that I don't like MLB are:
1. It messes the page layout. 
2. Even if I checked "show ids only on demand", after opening a new tab,
the ids are still visible.

I suggest:
1. Use overlay ids with semi-transparent background color, so the page
layout will not be affected.
2. After a jump is executed or canceled(by pressing Decimal again), the ids
should be hidden.

I will change the "show on demand" feature in one of the next releases in that 
way :-)
Until this you can have a look at the addon LOL which offers this behavior.
