On-demand IDs, cannot execute IDs consecutively #177

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In MLB Options, 'General' tab, enable "Show ids only on demand", disable
"Automatically without pressing Enter" and click OK.
2. Restart Firefox.
3. Visit any website.
4. Enter the shortcut key to show/hide element IDs (default: DECIMAL).
5. Choose any ID by pressing ALT+ID.
6. Choose any other ID on the same page by pressing ALT+ID.

What is the expected output?
The next chosen ID is supposed to be executed.

What do you see instead?
The ID does not get executed. Instead, the user must press the Show/hide
element ID button twice (to hide the IDs) and once again (to show the IDs)
before he/she can execute another ID. After which, the user must go through
the same chore again to execute any other ID.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MLB 0.5.2.2 with Firefox 3.5.8 on Windows XP Home Edition SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
- In Firefox Tools> Options ... > Tabs, disable "When I open a link in a
new tab, switch to it immediately".
- I attached a list of other enabled extensions.
