GitHub unusable with MB #182

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://github.com/RickMoynihan/yasnippet-org-mode
2. Click on any link (first one, for example: author)

What is the expected output?
Seeing the page
http://github.com/RickMoynihan/yasnippet-org-mode/blob/master/author

What do you see instead?
That the page
http://github.com/RickMoynihan/yasnippet-org-mode/blob/master/author48 does
not exist. True, because the link number is added to the URL -- what should
not!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.2.2 on Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
"Disable MB" does not cure the problem either.

I think I will not fix this, as would need an heavy refactoring of my code.

That's a pity, because it's a huge annoyance. The same happens when 
copy/pasting parts of Web pages into documents (which I do a lot currently): 
all the links are suffixed by numbers... A real show-stopper.
