Enable option to keep tabs in only-on-demand-mode #189

Currently if you have enabled the option "show only on demand" you press a key 
combination to show the tags, but when you click a link, the newly loaded page 
has no tags. It would be nice to have an option to keep the tags for the pages 
loaded from a page that had the tags visible.
