Feature Request: Add 'Close tab' hotkey #60

Now that I've adapted to mouseless browsing, I would like to bind Ctrl-/ to
"close tab".  I type in Dvorak, so Ctrl-W is not a one-handed hotkey, and I
use a laptop with a USB keypad, so I'm still hopping back & forth between
two input devices to close tabs.

Rebinding of shortcuts can be done with the keconfig addon which you can find 
under
http://mozilla.dorando.at/readme.html
So I won't put that into MLB
