Suggestion: Jira: Enable show all (vs just open) Gerrit reviews by default #127

Reported by Paul Sokolovsky: Here's an example: https://jira.zephyrproject.org/browse/ZEP-1644 . 2 days it showed an associated gerrit review in the corresponding section. But now that the patch is merged, any visible association is gone, "Gerrit reviews" sections says: "No reviews matched the request. Check your Options in the drop-down menu of this sections header."

Quite not every person knows that it can go into dropdown menu for that section and make all, not just open reviews show again. So, it would be nice to have default of "All review" of this plugin allows it (and report upstream if not).

P.S. Please add "Jira" component for INF tickets.

Not using gerrit anymore.
