website doesn't allow admin activities using chrome browser #19

Reported by David Kinder: Using Chrome, after logging in (as an administrator), if I click on the admin menu, I get an empty box displayed: !image-2017-03-09-14-16-44-087.png|thumbnail!

If I use the Edge browser on Windows, or Firefox on Linux, it works OK: !image-2017-03-09-14-19-52-033.png|thumbnail!

I cannot replicate on Chrome on Windows 10. Did you login using your own LF ID, or as actual administrator? I thought only LF had full administration rights.
