6CO 6lowpan context option supported as part of GH-820. We don't have clean information of what other parts of RFC 6775 needs to be supported. Thus changing priority to low.

it is advanced feature in a mesh or router based networking, which involve a lot low level protocol. if there is no clear usage linked to upper protocol, it is more reasonable to be covered by dev testing.
