Jokowi dimasukkan sebagai tokoh pro pse? #1

Kebijakan ini kan akhir akhirnya adalah kebijakan kabinet jokowi. Menurut gw jokowi termasuk tokoh penduking PSE.

Tapi gimana menurut yang lain?

PSE akhir akhirnya didasarkan kepada Peraturan Presiden Nomor 71 Tahun 2019 yang dibuat jokowi. Yang akhirnya di perluas dengan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 5 Tahun 2020.

gua bukan orang hukum jadi secara pribadi kurang berani menggunakan peraturan sebagai bukti. kalau misal ada bukti yang lebih mudah dimengerti oleh orang awam berupa statement dalam bentuk video atau tweet sih lebih baik pakai itu aja

Problem is:

  1. Just because it came from the president's office doesn't mean that it's Jokowi's personal initiative (as an example, Omnibus law and infrastructure stuff are Jokowi's personal initiatives). He has to appease his political allies too.

  2. The entire debacle isn't exactly fitting to Jokowi's modus operandi. Based on prior experiences, with exception of his personal initiatives, Jokowi would dip their toes by introducing the subject on social media, and gauging their reactions to it before implementing it (or retracting it based on negative reactions). This bullheaded initiative is definitely not that.
