Jtag devices on debug configuration doesn't show target address and port in eclipse 2020-09 #35

In latest eclipse cdt version (2020-09) there have been some changes in jtag classes. This makes jtag devices from org.zephyrproject.ide.eclipse.core.debug.jtagdevice unusable.
