wiki/doc: change search box to use google search #70

Reported by Inaky Perez-Gonzalez: Modify search boxes in wiki and current website to use a custom google search result. You can see the potential improvement by manually doing a browser search with "site:zephyrproject.org " and see the domain-wide search results that are possible that returns results across all our zephyrproject.org systems, including the wiki, mailing lists, jiras, gerrit and doc content.

From Diana: The Linux Foundation team is still working on the new website design and implementation. A cross-site search capability won't be looked at or evaluated until after the new site is staged for review (sometime after the 1.6 code release).

LF web team is still working on new zephyrproject.org website. No update from them on feasibility of using google search for a unified domain-wide search capabiltiy.

Moving back to "new" state since I've no insight that LF web team is actually working on this.
