We are getting newlib supplied syscall on platforms like ARM. They don't have any meaning and we should explicitly disable them via the --disable-newlib-supplied-syscalls flag in configure.

This is a simple fix. Already tested with sanitycheck test suite, no regression issues. Will be in the next SDK release.
