We have some "junk" in the SDK directory that isn't used by actual zephyr builds (maybe they are by a CI layer somewhere?) and could probably be removed:

make and flex (but not bison?), also m4

Per review with Juro, parts of this story have been implemented (removed host "gcc", "binutils" and "make"). Anything else that is still needed on this, must be separated out into separate stories so they can be planned accordingly. Andy Ross , please split up your remaining requests into separate stories.

Upon further thought on how to handle this one, I'm going to break out the parts not yet implemented into a separate story which can be discussed, agreed on, and planned accordingly. The parts already implemented will be kept in this story and the story will be moved to Merged indicating the parts are implemented. cc'ing Juro Bystricky and Andy Ross

Juro Bystricky , please correct the Description if I didn't get it correctly stating what was actually implemented. I didn't know if flex, bison, and m4 were part of what you removed already. Please fix the Description. Thx.
