We need the Xtensa tools ('rimage' and 'rmbox'), compiler, and QEMU added to the Zephyr SDK in support of this architecture for Zephyr.

opened ZEP-1731 to track OS changes and new build target for QEMU. Cadence told me that they will be contributing patches for this effort.
