Add instructions to set up a NAT and routing rules for native_posix as well as QEMU networking on Linux.

This allows testing against live servers on Internet.

Should I do a PR for Zephyr to update the west.yml or does it happen "automatically" at some point?

Please update west.yml if you want this into the release, it is not happening automatically.
