Add support for the NXP MCUX MKS Series of processors #22735

Is your enhancement proposal related to a problem? Please describe. The mks series of mcu's lacks support for zephyr.

Describe the solution you'd like Add support for this series of micro-controllers including all peripherals (lpi2c, can, and so on).
