This is in progress. So far, 71 out of 104 test cases are passing on Nios II with unified kernel.

Because of the recent change to use the new Jira workflow, this story got mistakenly Closed when it should have been put into the Merged state. I'm moving it to the Merged state now.

Existing unified kernel FVT tests passed @AlteraMax10. With the only exception is one test case rely on tickless idle feature which is not supported in this platform
