west update: `ERROR: update failed for project hal_espressif` #72196

Today, on commit:

west update produce some error logs:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. in your zephyr directory: git pull
  2. west update

Expected behavior no error

Impact I don't know what is the exact impact
