Enable mcux rtc driver on all Kinetis SoCs/boards #7290

All in-tree Kinetis SoCs have the same rtc hardware as kw41, so we can extend the mcux rtc driver from #7182 to work on all Kinetis boards. Make sure tests/drivers/rtc/rtc_basic_api builds and passes
