Zephyr cortex R52 sometime does not work with FPU enabled

Describe the bug Zephyr cortex R52 does not work with FPU enabled

To Reproduce

• Checkout latest Zephyr release tag (v3.7.0)
• Build s32z2xxdc2/s32z270 with samples\net\zperf (one of sample/test that enables speed optimization by default)
• west debug -r trace32

Expected behavior Zephyr should work fine with both FPU and speed optimization enabled

Impact Application's performance

Logs and console output Undefined instruction exception happens after executing this instruction:
