export data failed #4

Hi guys,

I was trying to export data from MiFit app, I get 400 error Bad request, i tried it through https://user.huami.com/hm_account/2.0.0/index.html?loginPlatform=web&platform_app=undefined&v=undefined#/sendMailAccount, is this API still alive ?

Request URLhttps://api-mifit.huami.com/users/MY_ID/dataExportation Response was : -1002 Invalid parameter 'Can't find operationConfig:ApiConfigItem(operationType=EXPORT_DATA, region=4, appName=undefined, apis=null)'

@fanyingkai Hi, thanks, do you know if is still possible to create my own app which will use this rest api ? I didnt get any answer, when I was trying to register my app. Thanks

Hi, the export doesn't work for me as well with none of the provided links, also not the one referring from the official app. Any idea? Who should I contact?

@sebastianneubauer Can you describle the problem in more detail and possibly attached some screenshot with the error?

@ShiliangHM My google account is synced with Mi fit. When I click on the link https://api-mifit.huami.com/t/account_mifit, I log in, fill out the form. All that he writes to me is that in 30 minutes I will receive a letter to the mail, which I indicated in the form, but the letter does not come. Maybe there is some kind of restriction on the time intervals that can be selected in the form? For example, I will choose some indicator for December 2020 to February 2021

@Batyodie your email do not give your huami id , please give me your huami id again，(Mi fit app->Profile -> your avatar -> ID)，it is a ten digit number. email me (lishiliang@huami.com, xuefeng@huami.com)

Now it works, can it be that there is a limitation on how much data one can export or a rate limt how often? When I tried the first time I essentially requested all data with a big time range...after that I could not click the button anymore. Now I can clikc it again with less requested data types and a small time range.

In this case you should at least mention this. But as there is no way to find out how many lines a table has with a given time range and not even get a proper error message "you requested 3000 lines for activity type X, but the limit is 500", this is very hard for the user to get right.

@zixubingfeng It should be a bug. There is no way to tell the actual size of the data and thus the 500 limitation is unreasonable

I was having problems bringing my data. I got a great sized file but when extracting always got problems. I was using the zip extractor inside windows... When I used breezip it asked me for the password and then I was able to obtain my files!

I just bought a Mi 8 and now cannot use Zepp Life and have to use Mi Fitness... I don't understand why I cannot see the measurements of the Mi Scale 2! When are we going to be able to see it in Mi Fitness? I just see it on Zepp Life! It is bad to have to use two apps from the same company!
