This addon provides a training system for your kerbalnauts by adding a training center to all science laboratories. Training consumes Time and Electric Charge. For Kerbal Space Program.

I'm a bit conflicted about this being ONLY on a very deep location on the tech tree. Generally speaking I'd like to be able to train my kerbals to level 1 before ever launching my first ship (which I realize I could do by tweaking the science starts but this is more to get around having to upgrade science to unlock the mobile lab"

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
I /ideally/ would like a dedicated Training Part to unlock either at Start. This part would be a more limited form of the Mobile Testing Lab Functionality in that it would only allow training to a certain level (say 1 - 3) before requiring the original part.
Failing that could you create a patch to move the original part that it's attached to down in the Tech Tree? or better yet have a config option in New Game Setup to define whether a Lab is available from the start.
