[Bug 🐞]: Part: Science: Radial Atomspheric Scoop: construction point of contact

the point of contact of the Radial Atomspheric Scoop is at the tip rather than the visual contact points causing the part to clip almost entirely into my ship

go to vab select part attach to ship

Expected behavior

expected to connect on connection points, not in middle of component near tip

Actual behavior

connecting in middle of component near tip
