2.2.1.0 beta: highlighting of failed part can't be toggled on PAW #43

The highlighting of a failed part can not be toggled on the PAW anymore. It's just always enabled.

"Hightlight Part Failures" has to be disabled in OhScrap! settings to get rid off this behaviour.

Thank you @Gordon-Dry ! I plan on doing another pass on SYD-OHS shortly - it is on the short list.
