Delta V Indication Sometimes Halved When Using Mod #48

rocket This shows that this rocket has 316 delta v, while in VAB it shows around 700, when flown it outputs the amount in the VAB. This makes the game almost unplayable, as maneuver nodes are completely broken. I tried many ways to fix this. This only happens if the mod is installed.
