Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be great if a base could be totally self sufficient by creating additional repair kits and EVA fuel tanks as required should things get damaged and need repairing.

Is this possible?

Proposed technical implementation details

Be able to use Metal Ore or other appropriate resources to create a new stack of 4 repair kits in a free inventory slot - repeat as many times as free slots are available.

Same for extra eva fuel tanks.

I think taniwha was working on something like that for XPL, which would carry through.

That means I need to install Extraplanetary Launchpads though right? But CKAN won't allow me to install this mod (SimpleConstruction) if I have EL installed because it's a conflict, so I have to choose one or the other... :/
