[Bug 🐞]: 3.75m Docking Port unavailable; A2-IX "Rosette" wrong size

Brief description of your issue (aka the problem)

Hi! While translating this mod to Chinese, I've found bugs of two parts.

• SY-DP3 3.75m Docking Port. This part has its definition and everything, but cannot be found in the game.
• SpaceY A2-IX "Rosette" Interstage Thrust Plate. According to its title and description, this part should has a 2.5m diameter; But it actually has a 5m diameter in the game, the same size with A5-IX "Rose".
