Create and display donation address for $HODL #3

This is a proposal to make $HODL the official platform token of Hodlocker if the donation address reaches some target amount of $HODL by some target date. If target is not reached, distribute tokens back to donors.

The idea is that users will be able to unlock features such as sublockers by paying with $HODL tokens without having to spend BSV. $HODL tokens in the donation address can be distributed to lockers according to some Vibes formula (blocks * coins). These are just a couple ideas, obviously needs more thoughts and input, but I think setting up a donation address is the right first step.

Actually don't even need donation, can just start accepting $hodl as payment for things. Can't hurt to have donation address though. Would be good signal of community support around this idea if donations are received.

For Panda this would require adding the functions to split and merge hodls into the Panda wallet/provider before they could be used on the site. Can't speak for SHUAllet.
