in the right corner, same row as filename:

add "Download" called link that asks to save the file from your cache to a location of your choice invoking the browsers Download dialog

Name link always "Download file" (not video, audio, etc.)

okay, how about we simply make the FILENAME on the left side a LINK so its clickable then remove extra "Download File" link
