Adding lecturers' names #16

Hi! It would be useful to include the name of the lecturer at the start of each course's notes. Different lecturers sometimes have very different perspectives on the same material, so knowing who lectured a course is valuable information. While one could potentially try to unearth this from looking at old lecture lists, they are not likely to be as long-lived on the internet as this repository is! Thanks, Julian

This sounds like a useful addition. I've already collected the necessary information (in fact, I already have the lecturers' names in the "book" forms of the notes!) so it should be easy to add them to the individual title pages.
