Forward endpoint /api in nginx example #78

It threw me off for a while so it may help others

this is not really necessary for the majority of users and since it's just another thing to take care of i don't recommend enabling it unless you actually need it.

it is also explained in the wiki: https://github.com/ZerataX/matrix-registration/wiki/reverse-proxy#optional

maybe the readme should notice that there is an api endpoint and then link to the wiki for more info?
