Add button for torch / flashlight (#34) #59

Fixes #34 (Depends on)/includes the camera toggling feature from #54.

Torch is only supported on Chrome on Android. Toggling between the front/rear cameras has been successfully tested on Safari (iOS), Firefox (Android) and Chrome (Android)
