Thank you very much for providing this library. I encountered a little issue during my learning process. I would like to know how to use hardware decoding and encoding because my device supports hardware decoding. Could you please let me know?

I don't know man. You'll have to figure it out yourself by reading the LibAV docs. Then you should create a fork of the library and add that functionality. Or I can transfer you the maintainership of the original repository

The tech industry crashed so my skills are not in demand on the market now, I had to resort to learning 3D art. I don't do software development anymore
