Console popups in Windows 7 using mintty 1.1.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
On Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit), launch mintty 1.1.2 from the windows 
shortcut, entitled "Cywin Terminal", with the target "C:\cygwin\bin\mintty.exe 
-i /Cygwin-Terminal.ico -"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see just the mintty window.
I see 3 windows:
1 Windows console, entitled "Cygwin Terminal"
2 Another windows console, entitled "c:\cygwin\bin\mintty.exe"
3 The mintty terminal

What versions of mintty, Cygwin/MSYS, and Windows are you using?
mintty 1.1.2

/proc/version gives:
CYGWIN_NT-6.0-WOW64 version 1.7.17(0.262/5/3) (corinna@calimero.vinschen.de) 
(gcc version 4.5.3 20110428 (Fedora Cygwin 4.5.3-4) (GCC) ) 2012-10-19 14:39

Please provide any additional information below.
When I downgrade to mintty 1.1.1, it works as expected - Just the mintty window.

I have console popups too since yesterday (April 24th) after I updated Cygwin. 
Just one extra window though. I don't know what version of mintty I had 
previously, now it's 1.1.3. I tried 1.1.2 and 1.1.1 too but no change. Cygwin 
version from /proc/version is now:

CYGWIN_NT-6.1-WOW64 version 1.7.18(0.263/5/3) (corinna@calimero.vinschen.de) 
(gcc version 4.5.3 20110428 (Fedora Cygwin 4.5.3-4) (GCC) ) 2013-04-19 10:39

Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
