Can't download on chrome #103

I have windows 7 and I have had rikaikun as an extension on chrome for about a 
year. But one day I noticed that the icon wasn't on top anymore and sure enough 
it wasn't in my extensions anymore. So i went on the chrome store to redownload 
it and every time i try to download it, it says error. Not sure what happened. 
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
