Include additional indices that are not in Rikaichan #37

Rikaichan's options menu allows to display index numbers from select kanji
books (e.g. Halpern, Helsig, Nelson, etc), but I find the list of available
indices arbitrary. KANJIDIC actually includes a bunch of other books, some
of which I happen to use (I don't use any of the ones included with
Rikaichan). Would it be possible to include those additional indices with
Rikaikun? Of course, displaying them would be optional.

This is an interesting idea, and I will definitely consider it for the future.
Not
sure on an ETA yet, since there are other more pressing things and my time for
side
projects is small at the moment. :(

The work for this should be combined with issue #4. By itself, it is pretty
trivial: just add the missing codes to numList in data.js. The problem is that
no one is going to want to see every single code, so it needs to done at the
same time as the options panel.
