Rikaikun integration with other extensions #54

Using a 2ch browser plugin rekaikun wont translate text on the page.  This also 
happens inside plugin options that are in japanese, as well as the google 
chrome web store (which might be related).

*What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using a japanese local open a plugin that's in Japanese.

2. Nothing on the page gets translated.

You can also try installing,

It's kind of like a second browser for 2ch but rikaikun wont translate anything 
inside it.  You can "detach" a thread and open it with chrome where rikaikun 
doesn't have any trouble translating anything.

*What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Not entirely sure but I think I'm using the latest rikaikun (0.8.1).  Chrome 
version 11.0.696.57.  Gentoo Linux 2.6.36-tuxonice-r3.

I looked into this extension which is pretty interesting.  But because it 
constructs the page outside the normal rendering processes it doesn't seem like 
it includes any of rikaikun's scripts.

This might be a bi-product of chrome's extension API.  For now, won't-fix.
