What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This is a dictionary problem, not one with Rikaikun. Dictionaries are 
maintained by WWWJDIC and you can file a bug report through the instructions on 
this page: http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/wwwjdicinf.html#dicfil_tag . 

You'll notice bugs from time to time. For example, 飛躍 says "makng great 
strides".
